Does Meet Zoro trade real money?
- No. Every account is a simulated paper account funded with $10,000 of paper cash. Strategies run on live market prices — crypto perpetuals and US stocks & ETFs — but no order is ever sent to an exchange or a broker, and no real funds are at risk. Live execution is not enabled.
Do you take custody of my funds?
- No. Your funds stay where they are — we never hold them, and we never place a real order. You can link a trade-only API wallet, and we reject any key that carries withdrawal scope, but that key is stored, not used to trade on your behalf. You can revoke the link at any time.
Are you a registered investment adviser?
- No. Meet Zoro is a software-as-a-service product, not an adviser. Every pilot on the same mandate gets the same trades; we do not provide personalized investment advice. The mandate catalog is pre-built and not tunable by clients.
What exchanges do you support?
- None for execution — trading is simulated, so there is no exchange or broker order path. For market data we price crypto perpetuals off Hyperliquid and US stocks & ETFs off Alpaca IEX quotes. API-wallet linking supports Hyperliquid today; more venues are on the post-pilot roadmap.
What jurisdictions do you operate in?
- We currently allow sign-ups from the US (excluding NY), Canada, the UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. We waitlist other jurisdictions and explicitly block sanctioned jurisdictions. The exact list is subject to counsel review.
How do I know you're beating buy-and-hold?
- Every dashboard, every weekly summary, every conversation with Meet Zoro ends in the same comparison: how did the strategies do versus buying the same markets and waiting? If the answer is worse, we say so — on the same screen, in plain English.
What happens if your strategy is losing?
- We tell you, soft alert at 30 days of underperformance, hard alert at 60 days. If your drawdown exceeds 1.5x the backtested max, the auto-rollback fires and trading pauses. You can pause or revoke at any time regardless.
How is my API key stored?
- Encrypted at rest with envelope encryption (KMS-wrapped per-row data key). Never returned to the webapp. Never logged. Because execution is simulated today, no stored key is decrypted to place an order.

- Three plans: Core is free. Forward is $49/mo and Leveraged is $199/mo, each with a 14-day free trial. Flat subscription pricing — no AUM fees, performance fees, or commissions.
